Room service was delivered in cardboard containers with plastic utensils. For the cost I'd have expected actual dinnerware, I wasn't impressed. The quality of the food was acceptable though.

Great staff loved the pool and fitness center. Wish there was microwaves in the rooms and breakfast was included in the price.

This is a great property in a great location. I have stayed here multiple times. The only issues are that xhexk-in is always extremely slow and the elevators get backed up quickly,

Housekeeping was not good. Carpet not clean, bathroom had make-up on cabinet fronts, layers of built up dust on pipes under sink. Needs a thorough cleaning. Many chips in wood everywhere.
