The floating market and the maritime museum are within walking distance. The balcony overlooks the Iguana Cafe and the floating bridge. It's lively and entertaining in the evenings. The building is part of the iconic landscape featured on most Curacao merchandise.

If you have a rental car, you'll need local coins. There are parking meters in the area near the hotel, and the hours are Monday through Saturday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. There's a Flowbird app, but we couldn't get it to work.
