"Conveniently located by the Baquedano metro stop and bus stops, this charming guesthouse has a European feel. Staff are kind and attentive and the rooms and facilities are very clean. They serve a healthy and filling breakfast every day. Sometimes a little noisy from the streets and other guests. I would absolutely stay here again."

"The hotel itself felt very safe, though the area wasn’t great. It’s a short walk to the Italia area which has a great assortment of restaurants and shops. Sound carries quite bad from the hallway/stairwell but otherwise it’s quiet enough. The price is right, just maybe be careful if you plan on being out past 10pm."

"Transferred here after the Mercure down the road did not have the rooms we reserved. This hotel is lovely, has a great atmosphere, very friendly staff, a great breakfast and restaurant. I would definitely recommend staying here if you want to be near the City centre."

"El hotel esta ubicado en zona céntrica. Todo el personal del área de recepción siempre está muy atento, son amables y serviciales. Solo tengo algo que señalar, al momento de realizar el check in te facilitan un número teléfonico para poder comunicarte al área de recepción por medio de WhatsApp. En dos ocasiones escribí para asistencia y no respondieron. No hago el señalamiento como crítica ya que pude resolver, pero sí como un área a mejorar para beneficio de la comunicación con futuros huéspedes. Sin dudar lo recomendaría!"
