"The hotel is located within an industrial center. while the hotel itself is being renovated, the location leaves much to be desired - very dirty section of town. "
"The staff was incredibly helpful, supportive and friendly, always keeping communication, answering all our questions. We were happy with our choice. Amazing stay, comfortable bed. Everything was good."
"It was extremely modern and gorgeous!
Check in is very easy and the host made it memorable and easily available for any concern you may have! I strongly recommend it "
"Very difficult to find and quite an unusual set up with rooms in one corridor next to reception which means you can hear everyone coming in & going out- walls are thin.
Area surrounding is fairly dirty but close to station, reception staff are friendly & helpful but only around at limited times.
Bed is comfortable & shower is good."
"The room is clean and well taken care of on a daily basis. Elvira is very welcoming and friendly. Great place to stay close to everything, very convenient. Would stay here again "
"Chambre très bien mais quartier bruyant et difficile de se garer: il faut avoir de la chance comme moi pour pouvoir garer sa voiture sur un emplacement gratuit et tout faire à pied pendant 2 jours
Hôte sympathique.

"Great hotel for a short stay in Naples. Booked as near Garibaldi station for easy transport links. Pompeii/vesuvius tour collects at door of hotel and Alibus to airport right across the road. Lovely big room with a nice balcony and views. Very comfortable room, sky tv available for movies and large bathroom. Lots of space and storage. Service was friendly and helpful. Kettle was broken and another brought up straight away. Breakfast had a huge selection of options including hot and cold. Breads were delicious and lovely pastries. Other reviews mention the area but we always felt safe and lots of shops, restaurants, bars nearby. Recommend taking line 2 down to Chiaia for a stroll along water front. "
"Hotel is quite nice and modern and clean. It's in a more industrial area but close to the airport. I chose it because of 1) airport proximity; 2) airport shuttle; 3) parking - hard to find hotels with onsite parking in Naples. This gave us options to turn in our car early or not depending on how things went.
Staff is very helpful - we had a car and chose the parkiing option. The valet service and staff were helpful with driving tips and information. Everyone spoke good English.
There are several restaurants inside the atrium area but not really anything outside the hotel complex. We did not venture out. We spent 1 night before flying out the next day.
We did the included breakfast and it was a buffet with many, many choices - breads, meats, fruit, eggs, espresso machines, tea, waters, and more."
"The hotel staff were quite exceptional. They were respectful, helpful, calm and charming.
Breakfast and the pool were both highlights and the pool staff were most notable. The location is ideal, close enough to all you need yet peaceful. We would recommend this hotel highly. "
"The hotel is conveniently located to the metro station, shops and restaurants. It is a bit noisy and busy, a lot of foot traffic in that area. Overall it was a great experience and stay."
"The room was amazing!! The hot tub/jacuzzi was great, we didn't really use the sauna and breathing rooms however they looked nice. The air conditioning worked very well.
The bathroom was good the only minor issue was the shower didn't drain the best and you had to watch it wouldn't overflow.
the location was also great with a bakery opposite and a shop next door, it was just down the street a 10 minute walk from the main train station, the bus stop from the airport and the metro. it was a 6 minute walk to the mount Vesuvius/ Pompeii pick up points. We had an amazing experience !!"
