"A friendly and helpful welcome to the Hotel and soon booked into our room and explained where to park our vehicle once we had unloaded. The hotel has a very traditional feel downstairs, charming. The corridors and the rooms themselves were decorated in a very dark scheme, which even with the lights on was a little difficult to always see well. "Friendly and helpful staff, a fairly basic but comfortable room and a good breakfast made this a great choice for an overnight stay. The parking was easy. It is a 15 minute walk from the town centre and there is no restaurant in the hotel. Other eating opportunities nearby are limited. "

"When I checked in, I was so tired that i dropped my wallet on the way to my room. Thankfully, hotel staff found it intact & knocked on my door 15 minutes later. I'm very grateful to them for literally saving my holiday!"

"Not sure what to say, it is an Ibis, as you would expect it is clean and tidy and everything works. The staff were very helpful. The location is on the edge of town, but it only takes a few minutes to get to the edge of town and find places to eat and drink."

"This was a two night stopover to allow us to ride around the Cantel region and, in particular, the rim of the volcano (long since gone). The appearance of th hotel upon arrival gives little credit for how comfortable the rooms are and how pleasing the restaurant is. It is little surprise that the hotel is used by tradesmen and appears to be full all the time. Very pleased with our stay and would recommend."

"Vriendelijk ontvangen. Het personeel spreekt alleen niet heel veel Engels en spreekt erg snel Frans, dat maakte de communicatie een beetje lastig. Verder lekkere ruime kamer met goede bedden en badkamer met het fijnste bad dat we ooit hebben meegemaakt op vakantie! Wifi en parkeergelegenheid zijn ook helemaal prima. In de omgeving is niet veel te beleven maar voor onderweg is dit een fijne tussenstop."

"A really lovely hotel, very clean and comfortable. Check in time a little restricted as we didn’t really have time to make use of the lovely looking pool before dinner which was also quite strict with timings, I do totally understand why though as the dinner was fabulous!"

"L'hôtel a changé de nom mais nous n'avions pas été prévenus. Dans le hall d'accueil un monsieur, torse nu, tenait lieu de receptionniste. Numérotation des chambres bizarres la chambre 12 au 2ème etage, la chambre 23 à l'entresol et la chambre 26 au 1er étage... Nous n'avons pas eu l'honneur de croiser la gérante de l'établissement que certains personnels appellent "la grande Yaka" et d'autres "fend-la-bise". Seul le petit déjeuner était satisfaisant. "
