"I like that the hotel is close to the SLC airport (approx 6 min drive). Additionally, the room is very clean, the staff was helpful, the breakfast was good and the facilities were well maintained. "Such a great place to stay in downtown SLC and if you get a room on the east side that's high enough you can look down at the temple (which was unfortunately being renovated while we were there but that's okay - still a beautiful view of downtown and the Wasatch mountains). As per usual with Hyatt properties the staff were very helpful and friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Upgrade for the breakfast as it's very good and all-you-can-eat with made to order omelets and entrees. For dinner definitely try the Red Iguana for authentic, delicious Mexican food. It's a few minutes drive and if going during the weekend, make a reservation. We will be back to stay at the Hyatt Regency, that's for sure!"
