"One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in by far on all my travels globally. Marcelo on main desk is super happy and friendly, as well as the lady who helped me with cable car tickets. The breakfast is brilliant extremely attentive staff and the bar on the 12th floor is very chilled out. The rooms are super comfortable and I highly highly recommend this hotel, bonus you have access to a free gym which has everything and close to the cable car into town."

"The hotel is perfectly.located in the center of La Paz and ypu can walk to everything. People at the reception were very helpful at many occasions. The rooms are a bit noisy but I guess it's the price to pay to be in town. Breakfast is okay but not in par with the rest of the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in La Paz."

"I want to mention that all the receptionists in this hotel treated their guests exceptionally well. From when we arrived until we checked out, they extended their hands to ensure everything went smoothly. I had issues with our tour agency a couple of times, and I spoke very little Spanish; they called and resolved my concern. I want to thank Alondra, Patricia, Jhomora and Alvaro.
