"A nice modern hotel well placed for the old town. Staff were helpful and attentive. It lacks anywhere to get a beverage and snack during the day. I arrived at about 9pm and ate in the bar area where I paid over the odds for a very small portion of reheated chilli con carne. In summary, a nice place to sleep but limited other facilities."

"Very nice hotel with a great sauna that wasn’t super busy, restaurant had delicious food with a nice views, private beach on the lake was really enjoyable and even though our room was 300m up a very steep hill (and we had no car) the views were well worth it. Only downside was there was no spa treatments or massages available as the person was on leave. This town is definitely a place where you want to indulge in such activities, especially in peak August season. Would recommend staying here....

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Our room was comfortable with excellent storage - wardrobe/drawers. Dressing gowns and slippers were a nice touch. The bed was comfortable, but unfortunately the pillows were very lumpy. Most members of staff were very helpful and friendly, although a small number seemed quite grumpy and preoccupied. Breakfast was excellent, a very choice of good quality products. A superb selection of teas and coffee were available free of charge throughout...
