"Residency hotel fort made for a very pleasant and comfortable stay - I would wholeheartedly recommend this for numerous reasons. "It's unfortunate that the lift was not working, and the hotel is solely on the 3rd floor. The common portion of the building was undergoing repairs and it was dirty, but the hotel proper is very clean with good service. If you are here for the Cricket, Super Convenient!"

"One of Mumbai's longest serving hotel and it feels a little past its best. The location, for me is just about the best in the city, but the well worn feel and less than cheery staff gave it a very 3 star feel, which for the price they charge is a little disappointing. "

"Old building dirty and no good breakfast option no network inside rooms and even no exhaust or ventilation in room. Rooms gallery and entry as well as stairs are not maintained and remain unhygienic dirty. Service quality are poor. And inside rooms the furnitures other goods n bathrooms are not even basic quality. Felt like online bookings are not reliable anymore"

Don't bother.

"I arrived and the manager couldnt find my booking. He was rude and aggressive and demanded that I call hotels.com even though i had already paid. He eventually realised he had made a mistake and found my booking, but didnt offer any sort of apology. The room was a street view with zero sound-proofing which meant the honking was relentless. It was also dirty, the bed frame seemed as though it hadnt been cleaned in weeks."
