"This was perfect with adjoining connected rooms for our family of 7. It was close to Shinkansen and subway. The room was comfortable and the shower/bath was very large. Service was excellent. Good to have laundry. "

"Fantastic room with ample storage space. Modern decor, very clean bathroom, separate toilet/vanity/shower. We had 2 adults, 2 teens and 1 child and it still felt roomy. Great to have a kitchenette also so we could heat up meals and buy groceries. Close to bus stops with buses only a10 minute ride to Central Kyoto. Loved our stay there! Would book this place on our next trip to Kyoto."

"Great apartment style accomodation option within easy walking distance from Kyoto station. Loft C comfortably accommodated 3 people. Good quality appliances. Netflix can be accessed via the room TV. Guest laundry opposite reception. There are various loan items available for guests (board games etc). Directly opposite Higashi Honganji temple which is well worth a visit. Friendly staff. An annoying thing about the room was the motion sensor lights in the toilet and by the front door. "

"The location was great, easy 5 min walk to subway and bus. Only 15 mins to market and shopping. The room was comfortable and a good size for Japanese standards. It is nice to have a kitchenette and there was free water. We only received 1 towel each and had to ask for extra towels which was not a problem. I asked for an extra pillow and they did not have any, that is a first and very unfortunate since it made my sleeping less comfortable."

"Definitely will come back when I’m in Kyoto next time. It’s centrally located with lots to explore in the area. The staff is always excellent and helpful. The room is large for family of 4 and very new clean and new throughout. Check in & out we’re super quick and efficient using the machines at the lobby. Luggage transfer after was a bonus to make travelling that much easier. Room rates are very reasonable for high level of service and facilities. "

Loved my stay

"This hotel is only 6 min walking distance from the Shin osaka station. The hotel is beautiful. We had the royal room type. I loved it. the toilet is away from the shower and tub. There tea in the room was high quality. Daily beverage service at the restaurant level. The breakfast is one of the best I have ever had. There is a relaxing bath house. Great for after a long day of walking. Staff is very friendly. I highly recommend this place."
