"When I arrived it was difficult to find the office but as a non Korean speaking woman, I had plenty of help from the other holiday makers. It was a very comfortable stay. "The room does not have floor mats as it is all ceramic so the room is always cold and there is no slipper or chairs furnished to sit on and the bath towel is very small and useless for taking a shower. There is another room with a complete sitting set and floor mats but I was not given that room. "We had a family trip this time bit there’s not enough towels(No shower towels) and there’s bad smell when I enter the room. Lobby areas are clean and nice and easy to access beach(No swimming allowed). We doesn’t have enough time to enjoy all other facility this time. "The room by itself was acceptable for that price. Nothing special but good enough to get some rest. But all the shared areas are really dirty. Especially the restroom/shower is in a very bad condition and super dirty (even though it gets cleaned). For half the price it would be acceptable. But it was an experience by itself "

"Location was great not too close to all the shopping street lights but nit too far either. Surrounded by shopping lanes and food options. Room was a little too hot for us, but it was comfy enough. Staff friendly snd helpful, laundry facilities on was free, nice chilled lounge area and the massage chairs are a must try after a long day of exploring. "
