"We stay here every year , sometimes twice a year. The property is very pretty, quiet and cozy. The cabin has everything you need and the tub truly makes your skin feel amazing. Mellisa the property manager goes above and beyond to make you comfortable and she remembers us every time, leaving a sweet note on our papers for us when we come in late. Really enjoy her hospitality!"

"The Motel was close to the Nanaimo Hospital - My husband had cataract surgery - discharged at 12:30 PM - We were able to check in early = the lady at the desk was sympathetic.. quiet place to stay.. Going back for 2nd surgery in a few weeks. "

"Front desk staff were nice but didn’t wow me upon arrival. Rooms are nice and spacious. Nothing fancy but definitely nice. Elevator was broken (one out of two) and that was hugely inconvenient as we had to wait quite a long time. "

"This is nice, convenient, comfortable hotel in Nanaimo. The restaurant was very good (breakfast and dinner). The staff was particularly friendly upon our arrival. Parking was a bit complicated, the area surround the hotel was under construction, but we found it very conveniently located nonetheless."
