"I would like to strongly complain regarding the hotel accommodation which was not as advertised, nor was the photographs on your site a true reflection of the accommodation. The faults with the accommodation were as follows: The room was damp and dirty, ie. dirty walls with mold and other stains, including coffee stains etc. The sheets had cigarette burns (yet this was supposed to be a non-smoking room). The bathroom was absolutely filthy and had not been cleaned - toilet had black...
