Not knowing Japanese wasn't an obstacle checking in. Hotel was immaculate, staff was ultra friendly, and the bed was super comfy. Honestly my only gripe is the shower. The temperature fluctuated a lot between being way too hot to slightly cool but that's honestly a very minor gripe. That said I'd definitely stay again should I ever return to Osaka.

Good stay. Walking distance to the Osaka station and lots of restaurants around the hotel. Lawson and pharmacy just below the building.
