"Booked this hotel due to their pool, but upon arrival they said the pool was closed and they had no idea when it would be open. However they still advertise the pool on here and use it as the main image. Since we arrived late we stayed one night but then agreed with the reception that we would cancel the remaining 2 nights and get a refund.
