"Loved the room we booked, but there was no heat or hot water when we returned from dinner so we had to change rooms. They upgraded us and even though the room was way bigger the other was just more comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Overall a great hotel for the price, the location is convenient and makes walking around easy."

"Everything about this property was 5-star. Location, views, service, etc… was excellent. The breakfast included with the room was the best we’ve had in Europe and the rooftop bar was an amazing place to have an evening cocktail. We will definitely be back. Grazie!"

"it was very hot and they turned off the air conditioning system over the 4 nights we were there. It was hot and uncomfortable to sleep and stay in the room in general. they offered a large fan, but since the room was small it was not a good option. there would have been no room for it and it would be blowing and noisy."

"This was the finest stay at a hotel that my wife and I had here in Puglia. Raffaella and Giuseppe were wonderful hosts. The entire staff was excellent and everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome . They arranged tours for us and helped with dinner reservations. We definitely recommend this boutique hotel. You will not be disappointed!!"

"Beautiful view from rooms facing the ocean. Gardens are also beautiful. Very steep hill to walk around the grounds. Everything else needs to be cleaned up (stairs, windows, balconies, glass elevator) or painted (refresh). Needs lots of updating n rooms. Very big, complete breakfast (where the staff there were very nice compared to front desk). Wifi wasn’t working the whole day (was working previously). "Was a wonderful stay in a great hotel. Clean comfortable and they brought me a tea kettle so we were all set! Easy to just walk out the door into everything. All the staff were so nice at the hotel and we loved the breakfast buffet."

"This felt like a luxury hotel, even though it is technically an Airbnb. The owner was amazing and made our trip in Lecce so pleasant and memorable. Really big rooms (better than the photos) and comfortable beds/bedding. The location can’t be more perfect to explore the historical portion of Lecce by foot and to walk to all the wonderful restaurants nearby. Excellent breakfast included - cappuccinos made so well onsite. Alessandro (owner) thought of everything to ensure we had a wonderful time....
