"We spent 2 nights at the Edgecumb Arms for a family reunion. The room was superb, with great views over the Tamar. It was very well appointed. The English breakfast was delicious and copious and the staff was extremely attentive and welcoming. Bonus point - we were able to able to bring our dog. Amazing walks in the Edgecumb park which is one minute away or alongside the river Tamara. This was our second stay and will happily stay again in the future. "

"The apartment is a home from home and has everything you’d need! We were two small families so a house shower room would have been good rather than having to go in to one of the other bedrooms for a shower etc not a massive deal if your one family and there is an extra toilet! "We were put in a basement room with a view of back yard with dirty doors etc. .no hair dryer or Iron. Luckily we asked for one at reception but had to walk 100 yrds to do that. .door didn't close properly so could hear all noise. Toilet flush from next rooms was very loud. Also terrible creaking floorboards from rooms above. Parking was limited on street and was pay and display which was expensive for 24 hours. We were not far from beach so that was a bonus. Only stayed one night fr an occasion...
