"Beautiful location. Lovely staff, delicious breakfast. Clean comfy rooms. Something to note is Uber or similar services are not permitted in the area. We needed a taxi to Truro and all local firms were booked so had to drive. We’d already had a drink in the bar before we realised this, thankfully not enough to be unable to drive but if we had that would have ruined our plans. Also worth mentioning is that a 25 min taxi ride when we got one the following day was £50. We will return to The Lugger...

"We spent 2 nights at the Edgecumb Arms for a family reunion. The room was superb, with great views over the Tamar. It was very well appointed. The English breakfast was delicious and copious and the staff was extremely attentive and welcoming. Bonus point - we were able to able to bring our dog. Amazing walks in the Edgecumb park which is one minute away or alongside the river Tamara. This was our second stay and will happily stay again in the future. "
