Property was within walking distance of Morro Bay. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and let me know they had acquired the property within the last year. Rooms were clean, parking wasn't bad, and he gave great dining recommendations. Would totally come back here.

Stayed two nights (Friday & Saturday) after Friday night I called the front desk on Saturday morning & said “ we are leaving & to”go ahead & make up with new towels & beding. When we got back that night the room was not made up with any new towels or beading & never bend touched! 👎

Super hospitable staff during check in, it was perfect for our one night stop to rest and continue our trip.However I’m glad I was with my family and not by myself because for the first couple of hours we could hear noise outside our room, at times it sounded as if someone was at the door trying to unlock our door. I felt safe because I was there with my husband and grown kids. We left early to continue on our way and did not get to see much of the surrounding area.The room was clean.

The sidewalks on the property need upgrade the stairs going up to the second level need upgrade. Bathroom ceiling fixture needs upgrade.

I stayed at this property over the weekend because my in laws were also staying here. When I entered my room it smelled horrible of cigarettes. I opened the door and windows but after about 10 minutes I started getting a headache so I asked my sister in law to come see if something smelt weird or if it was just me. She said she could definitely smell it so I went to the front desk(mind you it had only been 10 minutes since receiving my key to the room) and the woman at the front seemed very annoyed after I explained the situation and said she was going to go smell it. She came back and said she didn’t smell anything and didn’t know why I wanted another room. I told her again it was a very strong scent. She started huffing and puffing while she checked the computer. She ended up giving me a different room but I don’t think the doubting me, being annoyed and huffing and puffing was necessary. I will not be back here next time I stay at morro.

I would definitely stay here again.The Hungry Fisherman Restaurant is across the street. Convenient to stores if you need anything. It's a short drive to Embarcadero or short walk to other shops and restaurants.

The walls were paper thin. Do not turn up the tv loud enough to hear! The bathroom smelled moldy AC made clunky noises. The guy at the front desk was kind and friendly. The rates were affordable.

The rooms are sparsely furnished but the bed was comfortable and there was a coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator in the room. The walls allow sound from surrounding units also. For the price not a bad place to stay.
