Incredibly rude and hostile night attendant. No room service for four days despite requesting it. No hand soap or lotion in room despite requesting it—used body wash from the shower to wash hands for the four days, which is fine, just odd.

We are family of 5 and passing by to LA and We booked 2 Rooms suite and we planed to use the sofa bed in living room but they gave us a room without sofa bed and we when asked why, they said this is the last room available!! The lady in the reception simply said, 'You are 5 people, each two will be in a room, and the fifth will sleep on the couch.' How can this be right when we paid for 5 people to sleep on beds not couches?
