"The hotel’s location is walkable to many places within 15-20 mins like downtown, San Juan de dios, plaza tapatía…etc. Room conditions were good, not a 5 star hotel but I love their medium firm bed with soft pillows! Their shower head is like the rain shower from above with nice hot water. A/C works great and the people are very friendly. "

"My self and my family loved the stay. The beds are very comfortable and clean. Plenty of space, the rooms had fans or heater, wifi, amd tv. The kitchen had what we needed. "It was a very nice building im a bery nice area. However I have found to my exasperation for a sevond time that the word Botique seams to mean that thete is no bar and no resturant, no coffee machine ot means if making a cup of tea. There was no hsir drier in the room and in my case it was necessary to get out of bed to switch the lights off"

"This property was conveniently located for all of the Guadalajara Independence Day/week activities. It was amazing watching the fireworks from my hotel balcony every night. Everything is within walking distance from the hotel! The breakfast has vegan, vegetarian, and omnivore options. The vegan options are mostly fruit, toast and beans. Very personable staff who were patient with my broken Spanish. Beautiful 7th floor terrace. I loved that the toilets have a strong flush. The building is older, and it shows. The rooms are quaint, and no face towels or lotion is provided. If you take the stairs, they're pretty dusty, and you may track the dirt into your room if you wear shoes. It's not very quiet with the festivities going on right outside the building in the park, BUT the sliding door to the balcony provided some sound reduction. The hotel is probably quieter when there are no events. The elevators are kinda small."
