Por política del hotel no proporcionan jabón en barra (solo gel para baño) para bañarse, pero tampoco avisan de este hecho sino hasta que uno se percata cuando llega a la habitación. La actitud del personal de Recepción y de la Gerente de Ventas fue pésima. Nunca regresaré a este hotel y recomiendo fuertemente que la gente no vaya.
