"Good hotel with very approachable staff let down by tired bedrooms, particularly the bathrooms. Very friendly, helpfull staff, a real credit to the hotel. Good lobby and breakfast room with very good array of choices a real plus. My room, which was on the 4th floor was not so good. In particular the bathroom which was in desperate need of a refurb. It was cold, had black mould at the back of the basin and the floor tiles had different shades of grouting revealing it was old and tired. There were...

"Lovely hotel , room was excellent but noisy due to trams running every 5 minutes until 1am. Easy access to old town , bus station and on main tram route , 20 mins from airport by Uber and 10 mins from station to Vienna. Definitely stay there again."

"Great location! We could walk everywhere we wanted to see - the old town and the castle as well as restaurants. My only complaint is the balcony was barely big enough to fit two chairs let alone two people sit there. This was one of the primary reasons I booked this place. There was also no view from the apartment other than a very small courtyard as we were on the first floor. I will this would have been more clear when I made the reservation, otherwise I would have stayed somewhere else."

"The staff at the reception were very friendly. The staff at the breakfast was very polite, respectful, and friendly. The breakfast buffet was very delicious. The room was very clean and well designed. Marrol’s Boutique Hotel is one of the best boutique that I stayed in my 71 years old life!
