The place is great and with a nice contemporary design. I feel that the code to enter the suite is a challenge to remember. Also there are many homeless that stays near the entrance but usually did not bother us.

We enjoyed our overall stay. But there was nowhere to park so we parked in the plaza beside the hotel. Inside was really nice and clean and looked exactly like the pictures. I would stay and recommend here again!

Spacious, modern, and clean. We were very comfortable at our stay at a 2 bedroom apartment. Outside the apartment there’s a few homeless, we didn’t feel safe parking our car on the streets but there was a garage nearby. The apartment is superb and secured.

A very large and spacious apartment with a full size kitchen. Although noisy and hot outside of the building it was very quiet and cool inside the building. The bed was big and very comfortable. Unfortunately the building does not have parking and the closest parking garage was closed. I did find parking about 10 minutes away.

Great stay! Great communication and a beautiful space as it is thoughtfully appointed. Very clean and had everything we needed. Beds were comfy and a lot of pillows. As it was a spring stay it was a good temperature. But with the beautiful open concept it might be warm in the summer. A great location for our us.

I knew the McGill ghetto area because I was a student living there over 15 years ago. At the time, it was not fancy but not a dangerous area. Now on Ave du Parc, there are so many houseless people occupying sidewalks, you need to walk on the main car road. The property was spacious and clean with a full size kitchen and conveniently located between two supermarkets. However, TV lost connection to the cable box so I could watch only CBC for 5 days. The hotel sent someone to repair, but he only apologized and left. The living room sofa was so deteriorated, peeling, sticking faux leather pieces everywhere. Overall, Montreal is in sad shape.

Only had 1 issue and regardless of that it’s a beautiful stay, but the issue is too big that I give it 3/5. There is a ticking noise coming from the heater that would stop and start ticking every 10 seconds. Affected my sleep, and overall just very annoying to keep hearing.

Pros: it was such a beautiful experience. The place is definitely different and unique and we loved it. It was absolutely beautiful especially the two showerhead shower room was beautiful. The beds were absolutely amazing so comfortable and we had everything we needed. Cons: there are three TVs in the unit and it’s hard to work. The remotes and the bedroom TVs do not have cable, but they are smart TVs and we only had one remote, so one TV did not work other than that we really enjoyed our stay
