"Historic, charming hotel in Old Monterey conveniently located to many restaurants, shopping and the Golden State Theatre. Although the room and bathroom were not very spacious because of its historic nature, it was clean and we had a great night's rest. Staff was friendly and there is a grab-and-go breakfast (mainly fruits, coffee and tea.) Would definitely stay again if back in the area for its charm and convenient location. "
