Our accessible room did not gabs the type of shower wand we needed, but the staff moved us to a a different room. The breakfast had a lot of options, but items were lukewarm and ran low. The place was also under renovation. My grandson enjoyed the pool and hot chocolate station. I would give them another chance. "
