"Tacky sheets barely covered the mattress so they came off during the night. The mattress was filthy (see photos). There were also hairs on the floor and on the mattress. The shower sprayed water all over the place. The towels were smelly and left a bad smell on my body. They also had holes in them and were worn threadbare. The floor was sticky in places. "There is nothing particularly 'wrong' with this hotel. It felt very out of season in full season. The location is great for the airport - only 10 miins drive. I was very annoyed that the lift didn't work - and we had to lug all suitcases up several flights of stairs. (We were staying overnight before travelling home so there was lots of packing and bags etc that had to be combined) We hadn't booked breakfast, and were told we hadn't so we couldn't have it anyway. "Great location but hotel needs work. Stayed 3 nights, pool was green the whole time. On our departure it was cleaned whilst there were young children swimming in it everyday. We saw a lizard in our bathroom and a piece of marble was glued under the toilet bowl, glue had gone yellow spread all over the floor so it looked like someone had leaked on the floor. Air con did not work properly either and breakfast was average. I would not recommend this place."

"Perfect location near the cobblestoned village with cute stores and cafes all around. The decor is beautiful and elegant. Everything is clean and tidy. Comfortable beds and very friendly and polite staff. Good wifi connection. The free bike rentals need some love. Half of them need air in the tires or their brakes fixed. Make sure You get a good one. We were able to get a free one for a friend who was staying at an Airbnb near by. They were nice enough to let us have them for the day while we waited for our check in time. Free breakfast was wonderful. A huge arrangement to choose from; multiple types of cheese and breads, scrambled eggs, sunshine up eggs, sausage, bacon, fruit, yogurt, cereals, I was pleasantly surprised at the options. And the rooftop terrace where it was served was spectacular, we watched the sunrise with our breakfast. A lovely place to stay. Highly recommend."
