"My second time staying in this unit and I enjoyed it as much as I did the first time. The property is well maintained and the unit is clean and comfortable. While I’m on vacation I still have a touch of home by being able to make a meal if I’d like, or hang out on the front patio to enjoy the breeze coming off the ocean. "Hotels.com messed up with communicating with the Hotel. They did however agree to a refund. I did get a room when someone canceled. Apartment was quite nice and comfortable. "We booked this Villa and had to arrive late because our flight was delayed until the next day. We called to arrange the late check in and the owner ignored our calls and texts all day. When we finally arrived the guard wouldn’t let us in and said someone was already staying in the Villa. After hours of Hotels.com customer service trying to talk with the owner they finally spoke to the owner and he said we could check in the next morning. "This villa is truly a hidden gem. I loved the experience and had a great time. Firstly, I have to mention how kind and helpful the staff were because when we arrived they offered my guests some food which tasted amazing. If you are hesitant about this place, don’t be! Everywhere was very clean, the rooms are huge and the pool was lovely to swim in"

"As a woman travelling alone, this hotel made me feel safe. the staff are so lovely, so welcoming and helpful & everyone helped to make my stay enjoyable. The rooms are of the highest quality & i felt like a Queen stretching out in the big bed. it was worth every penny & when i come back to Ocho i will definitely stay again. Food was excellent & the decor & ambience was 20/10. close to all the shops & beaches i was sad to have to leave xx "
