"the property was in a great location. The owners were very friendly and fun to speak to. The restaurant was extremely clean and the food was fantastic. The owners made us fell right at home. "Great place, nice historic building kept in its original style. A very nice breakfast is available at a fair surcharge. Located only 100m from the best beach on the Island and with shops, bars and restaurants within walking distances. On top the staff was extremely kind and service minded. We give this place 5 out of 5 :)"

A gem! Never judge a book by its cover

"Honest to goodness seemingly effortless Scandi design that pays homage to the era in which the building was built. Why rebuild a 1960's building when all you need to do is maintain it and stay true to the its original function and design. Can't get any higher eco credentials than that."

Decent budget hotel

"The hotel is located 5 minutes drive away from the ferry terminal, which was the reason we booked it in the first place. Our stay was pleasant overall. There are no tea or coffee making facilities in the room, but you can get complimentary tea and a decent coffee at reception, but they close at 9pm. Breakfast was average, with one or two hot food options - hard boiled eggs and omelet. Given the same requirements i would stay there again."

"For what I paid and required, this was ideal. The room had a bed, TV, bathroom and towels so basic but travelling alone it was all I needed as a base. Breakfast was very good at the Best Western a 2-minute walk down the street. Train station is very close to the hotel. I went out for some morning runs up the coast out of town from the hotel. "
