"The room was clean, and compact room with everything as described. We had 2 adults and 2 young kids. Having a small kitchenette was nice. With futons out, there is no much spare walking area or space for large luggage. This is in a quiet part of town, when we tried to eat at some of the smaller restaurants close by most were full /booked out. We had to walk over to Tsukiji metro station area for food. The rooms was as described with toaster/small oven, small stove top and fridge. Washer /dryer...

"This relatively large apartment style hotel was perfect for our short stay in Tokyo. It is close to several metro stations and a large department store, and there were many restaurants nearby. The in room laundry was nice to have, and the friendly people at the desk were happy to give me extra soap for the machine. After staying in two tiny tiny hotel rooms in Narita and Osaka, staying in this large space was a real treat!"

"It was amazing for families but you have to remember you are not at a hotel kind of hotel. If you expect hotel services 24/7, this is not for you. But if you love space and cook your own meal and easy going, this is the best. We love the location! A little bit away from shops but still close enough! "Great value for your money. Near many stores and restaurants. Downside is it will still be a minimum 11 minutes walk to the train station. Also cleaning only available if you stay 7 days or longer. I love the place is so safe. We often go out around 2AM to go to the 24 hour stores nearby and no issues walking around the neighborhood. "

"We stayed at Mimaru Tokyo Station East for 5 nights. We are a family of 5- with two teenagers and a 10 year old. The room had two showers a bath and two toilets, a small kitchen and seating area. There were two bedrooms -one containing two single beds and a bunk and the other with two singles. While the area is not the most exciting part of tokyo we chose it because it allowed us to easily travel to disney and the other activities we had planned. "The hotel is in a great area for shopping and sightseeing. There is a bus stop for the airport bus right outside the front doors. The staff are friendly and helpful, there are several dining options in the building and the rooms are clean and affordable! I would highly recommend staying here when in Tokyo!"
