I would stay here again esp if i was with a group, it makes tou really fell like youre in Kyoto, my favorite part is the ofuro, the bath on its own is so great and the jap garden."

"We enjoyed our stay and the staff was very nice. We had a couple of issues with the room but they fixed them quickly. We are a family of 4 and found the bed space ok but it would've been better to have a bunk bed instead of the 2 singles because one of the singles had to be used as seating for the dining table. The other 2 full-sized beds were fine."

"Overall the property was good. But we had a big issue with pillows, all feather and we both have allergies to feathers. In the end they provided foam pillows for me after telling there were no other sorts of pillows. "

"Excellent place to stay. Lots of dining options connected to the hotel. There’s a police box next to the building if you’re worried about safety and security. Views from the roof are also stunning. Staff are very helpful and can speak English. Breakfast was outstanding."
