"Pool area was nice. Staff was fantastic. Room condition was deplorable. Booked a room for 6 people, 3 months in advance, and it had a king sized bed and a couch. Not a pull out couch, just a couch. Ummm what? The staff did find us another room, that had a queen bed and a pull out couch, we had to sleep with 3 people per bed. It was not comfortable, none of us slept decent, I wouldn’t put myself through that hell again. The bathtub drain didn’t hold water, and the tv wouldn’t turn on. Might go back to use the pool area, but will not stay here again. "
