"I loved my stay here, as the room was spacious and clean. The bed was super-comfy, with a medium-hard mattress. Slept SOOOOO well. Get the breakfast to start your day well - fruit plate, Sri Lankan omelette, coffee, tea, juice. The staff speak moderate English, and will make every attempt to ensure your stay is comfortable. Although this establishment is located well Google Maps is NOT to be trusted! Maps will take you to a location over the nearby creek (which stinks during the day)....

"Found last Minute after the hotel I booked didn’t have ac. Room was large as was bathroom. Was offered snorkel equipment and beach towels as well as bottled water and a kettle. Was able to dry wet clothes outside room in a sort of porch. Close to beach and places to eat/drink"

"Hotel was rubbish. No way is it a 3 star standard for western prices. WiFi was like a dial up connection. No hairdryer. I had to ask them to clean the room. Hot water if any was occasional. No night watchman. Loud music from bar next door to the right of hotel, beach side, (by the way the bar was rubbish also, staff arrogant and the food terrible - careful you might get food poison) and hotel staff did not offer any assistance nor compensation. I and my girlfriend could not sleep for the two...

"The staff was amazing the chef made some of the best food I have ever tasted!! He was very sweet and very involved in all aspects of the villas. The curry was out of this world as well as the pasta 10 out of 10 all around. The room was large and beautiful, you felt like you had the place to yourself very highly recommend!!!"

"The location was perfect - right in front of the sea. It was simply, but thoughtfully furnished and equipped with everything we needed - efficient air con and ceiling fan, water on arrival, mosquito net (we didn't get bitten) and there was always someone around to answer any queries.
