"Traditional and slightly dated hotel. The accommodation was more than adequate and the food and service excellent. Its proximity to Keswick town centre is a bonus, especially as parking is free. After checkout we were told we could leave our car on the premises for the rest of the day if we so wished. "

"A lovely overnight stay at the Grange Country House. We received a lovely welcome from Michael, he was very informative and helped us to get settled in quickly. He gave us a tour and explanation of where everything was and about breakfast. The room was perfect, very clean and excellent condition. The breakfast was delicious the next morning and everyone that worked there was smiling and helpful. We will be staying again. "

I really appreciated the ease and efficiency of contactless check-in (and the extra tea, coffee and milk packets by the front door). Quiet and clean room with super comfy beds, and a great shower. This is more of a guest house style than a modern ‘hotel’ and has decor/styling that reflects this, but all areas were very clean and tidy.
The bedroom and bathroom were spotlessly clean and had good storage and tea/coffee facilities.
Clean linen and nice towels. Lovely hot shower.
Super view from the window over a couple of streets and beyond to the hills/mountains.
All the staff we saw were friendly, attentive and hard working (but not rushing around and making things stressy).
Breakfast was very well cooked, tasty, fresh and good quality ingredients.
A few minutes walk to the centre of town and the park.
We would definitely book here again for a future visit to Keswick.
