Visited over Christmas/ new year period. Owners & staff were excellent, nothing is too much trouble. Room and en-suite kept spotless, Guest House is located within 15 mins walking distance of Keswick centre, and is located in a picturesque and nice quiet spot. Breakfasts were very good. Will definitely stay again.

Had an amazing stay at this wonderful property. Gorgeous rooms and fabulous hosts made for an amazing stay. Well located 5 minute drive from Keswick which has lots of eating options and one of the best lake walks in the area. 30mins drive from other popular lakes. Breakfast was 10/10 and good veg options.

A really enjoyable stay, the breakfast was really lovely and i liked it was family run. All very helpful and attentive. A really nice quiet place to stay, a 10min walk to Keswick which was fab for food and for hiking would highly recommend!.

We loved our stay; the room was comfortable and cosy, and the whole property tastefully decorated. The breakfasts were eggseptional! We appreciated the extra touches of coffee and cakes in reception, spa access, access to the lounge to relax with spectacular views of the fells. Our hosts Sally, Mark and Rika, were extremely friendly and welcoming and gave us suggestions for local walks. Finally, the location is excellent, as it is in easy walking distance of Keswick town center (although the hill is more challenging on the way back) and you are treated to stunning views of the surrounding fells. We will be back!

Lovely 2 night stay at The Grange. Made to feel very welcome on arrival. The bedroom & whole place were spotlessly clean & comfortable and the attention to detail was amazing. The staff couldn’t do enough to help & always did so with a smile. The daily flapjack selection was much appreciated & enjoyed too! Thanks very much - we’ll be back.

Beautiful and well maintained Lakeland villa within walking distance of Keswick town centre. The owners and staff were welcoming and friendly and happy to provide recommendations for sightseeing/ walking and local amenities such as restaurants. Excellent breakfast too. We’d definitely stay again when back in that area of The Lakes.
