"Too many hotels in this gated community for the small beach area! There was literally no where to sit on the beach! We left our RESORT for a less crowded PUBLIC beach. Room was clean. We also were not informed that you have to check in across the road at a different location. They do not allow motorcycles inside the gated area so we had to leave it where you check in. Parking is VERY tight!! Big vehicles will not fit."

I arrived at the office (the only address I was given) and had to call twice to get the address, room number and access codes. I was treated like an idiot because I wasn't given the correct information.
