"This is a superb hotel in a lovely neighborhood. We were half board and the food was excellent. Breakfast is also excellent but what made the restaurant so good is the staff and the manager Jose. The pool area is beautifully kept and there are plenty of sun loungers. The team at reception are lovely people and the staff who cleaned our room were extremely professional. "Beautiful hotel the rooftop pool and bar is perfect. The only thing that let it down was the food I ordered the squid ink croquettes they were frozen inside and had to be replaced. We also paid for a buffet on Christmas Day evening it was pretty lack lustre and not a good selection we left unimpressed and hungry. Would love to stay again but not get involved with the food."

"The initial receptionist was ‘cool’ towards us on arrival. Other staff members were great, and on leaving the female receptionist was so helpful and friendly. It’s a great place to stay. Our bathroom still had previous occupants hairs in the shower, and there were clearly sewerage issues. The room itself was light, airy, and simple, buy comfortable. "Clean and most importantly quiet, far away from the drunken louts of Los Cristianos, we even slept well over New Year. Decent breakfast and lots of restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Staff excellent, pricey over New Year but fair. Decent pool, lots of parking nearby. Hilly area but within the resort suitable for anyone. "

"The hotel had a lovely view of the volcano and the mountains, but it was quite a long walk away from high street down a steep hill. It wasn’t a problem to do the walk a couple of times, but definitely not every day. There was a little bit of a language barrier, which we didn’t expect, because we knew Tenerife is a popular holiday destination for many, but the staff were lovely, in particular one of the ladies, whose name I didn’t unfortunately get, who was very helpful and patient when I was putting my poor Spanish skills into practice. There was good entertainment during the day and in the evening. Dani was great and made us laugh many times. It is a hotel with great potential, but still with some work to be done, as it is so far from centre of town, they have the difficult task to make sure most of what one might need on their holiday is provided and they seem to be going in the right direction (there were some repairs being done during our stay). We would love to return in a few years time to see how they’ve grown."
