The staff, particularly Federico, Tamara, Nairobi, and the rest of the team, truly go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. As a solo traveler, I immediately felt at ease in their care. While I had planned to explore the local food scene, I found myself returning to La Colina for every meal. The culinary offerings were consistently outstanding, and the service was impeccable. Any other restaurant would have been a disappointment in comparison. I cannot recommend La Colina highly enough.
