"I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was not only clean and spacious but also came with a fantastic bathtub, perfect for relaxing. They even offer a convenient shuttle bus service, making it easy to get around. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring a warm welcome and a comfortable experience throughout. There’s also a public bathtub available, which was a nice added touch for unwinding. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and great service!"

Only drawback is that to get food at night, it’s a bit of a walk down dark streets to reach the restaurant-heavy area - but the hotel does also offer onsite dinner. Overall, wonderful stay and would book again!"

"This was a luxurious experience! The hotel is very impressive on entry and the staff were the most attentive we encountered on our trip across Japan. Our room was delightful, the bed wasnt the most comfortable for our taste however other facilities in the room meant we still had a fantastic stay. TV can be connected to your own netflix etc account which was a great touch. Easy access to the free shuttle bus to kawaguchiko station which has various tour buses, but the shuttle also stops at a train station en route for anyone looking to explore further out. We rented a private onsen for our 2 night stay which was a relaxing addition, I messaged the hotel through the Expedia app and they gave details and booked this for me with ease. I then paid for this plus the local taxes on arrival. 10/10 recommend. We had a Mt Fuji view room and were lucky enough to see 3/4 of it on our 2nd day. The macaroni club restarant staff were fantastic, we didnt try the other restaurant on site but this looked more traditional. Overall a fantastic hotel choice, ts right next to fuji Q highlands for anyone looking for a fun day out like we did. We took the highway bus from shibuya mark city and it stopped within meters of this hotel, its very easy to access this way as the return journey picks up from the same place as drop off. We didnt find any immediately local convenience stores so can be a bit tricky if you want a late night snack, but there may be one around we werent familiar with. "
