"From the first minute, we walked into the front doors we were cared for like none other. The staff was super friendly and very hospitable. The dining options were very good. Lots of different options. We only booked a two nights stay. I wish it was a seven nights stay. I will definitely be returning in the future. "We loved our stay at the Mitsis Laguna. The facilities are great and the food and drink options are fantastic. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. There was only one negative point which is that the hotel let people book the a la carte restaurants before they arrive (if you book direct), meaning that when we arrived, all of the restaurants were fully booked for dinner for our entire stay! I don't think this should be allowed as the hotel is making a poor first impression for guests...

"Can’t fault this hotel - from start to finish, the staff were wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble. The hotel and grounds are beautiful and quiet. It’s very peaceful and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. The only thing to note is you might want a car as the nearest town is a 20min walk away … it’s not a huge issue but makes getting around the island easier in general.
