There wasn’t nice or unique of this property. The pictures on the website was nothing like what was in person. The pool was cold, someone threw up in the hot tub, and both of the kids pool was VERY CLOUDY. The breakfast was a 2/10. Our keys didn’t work and some man had a key to the room and let us in. After asking does he work there he said yes but was wearing regular clothes and crocs on his feet. The walls were thin we was able to hear everyone conversation. The room had holes on the wall, paint spots, the bathroom was peeling, the sink was leaking, and the toilet was making noise all night.

The television in my room only had one channel, the water works at the pool didn’t work and the water was extremely cold; the staff were nice though

Promised a fountain and pool for my four year old as we booked online.. and confirmed with front desk upon check in where i was assured would be up and running! Table in room was filthy, but stayed positive as its hard work being maid, and simply asked front desk for clorox wipes to sanitize surfaces. Went to order food at connecting restaurant in which the food took 20 min longer than quoted and was made incorrectly!! After speaking with management they weren't willing to remake my order of 10 wings and insisted on refunding a discount to my card, however somehow charged for 20 wings ! At 5 am woke up to police at neighboring room for disturbance that continued until 11am!! Nothing was done by hotel or law enforcement. 11am tried pool. No fountains no slide as promised. Maintenance said has been broke for months but can get in hot tub. . It was ice cold!! We left after one night on our pre booked two night stay through Expedia... contacted them we were leaving per horrible experience and mis leading advertising.. and still have yet to receive refund on even the day we did not stay!!!

The room was good, especially when I shopped for the cheapest price in the area. I had my dog with me, and I feel the extra $20/day was asking a lot considering the overall property and room condition. Pretty sure there were some questionable things going on in the back lot.

The rooms were dirty. The walls and sheets were splattered and stained with something that resembled blood. Dogs were barking constantly in the room across the hallway from me and when I mentioned to the front desk they did nothing.

Ramada issues * Pool was too cold * Fountains did not work * Pool water was grimy * Food was everywhere around the poolside and hot tub areas * Too many kids (13) were in the hot tub at one time * My son had to threaten to notify the front desk before they would listen to anything * Our quiet hide and seek game was brought to an abrupt halt when an employee told my minor children of calling the cops, even though I had already previously notified them of our activities * Guests staying in the pool area were loud with their balconies open past 1 AM * Our room keys were deactivated while we were having breakfast and before we came to check-out * I stated to my children in front of the maid in the hall that we weren’t finished and I still needed to do a walk through, and she had the room torn apart before I could quickly return and items were forgotten * Was told on Sunday the 20th that a manager would call me * I called and left a voicemail on the 22nd * I called again on the 25th with one body answering the call * I called corporate and was directed to Expedia * I called Expedia on the 29th and was told the hotel needs to do the refund * I stopped in to talk to the manager on 10/31 and was told to come back in on Friday or Saturday. * Stopped in Saturday 11/2 and was told again that the manager was unavailable.

Advised the hotel in advance that I was checking in just after midnight. Showed up at 12:05am after 14 hours of driving and no one was at the front desk. No one was around anywhere as a matter of fact, the door was wide open. There was a clock shaped sign at the front desk saying will be back at 12:20. Waited around until 12:25am and then tried calling the hotel. The phone just rang and rang and rang at the front desk. Again, nobody around. Went down the road and just rented a room at another hotel. Tried calling the hotel the next morning and again no answer on the telephone. It just rang and rang and rang. I also tried reaching Expedia by telephone to advise them of my experience here. No answer there either. They did charge my credit card for the room room, though. Absolutely ridiculous.

The staff was very nice but that doesn't make up for the issues me and my family experienced. Between outside doors continually propped open, the exercise room door ended up being stuck on the door frame to the point front desk had to help me out of the room and multile bug bites that resemble bed bug bites. If i could give a negative star I would.

The beds and pillows are old and uncomfortable. The entrances to pool and hot tub are gated with gate to each area on opposite ends of area. The water wasn't working in the little kid area structures. There wasn't any coffee, not even for breakfast, which food was not appealing

We wanted tickets in advance for the Minnesota Arboretum which required that you print them off the phone prior to going. A very helpful desk clerk helped me navigate the requirements and printed the tickets for me!
