"No key cards. Very inconvenient for us as we like to come and go often. No upgrades. Room wasnt what was pictured on the website. Overall it was a nice stay. Restaurants is overpriced. And the host lady is very loud and unprofessional. I like to eat in peace not having to listening to loud conversation between co workers. "

"Nice hotel and very secure building. Has security also which is good when in downtown Mpls. The room was clean, bedding was great such a comfortable bed. They also had free breakfast. "

"Went to go use one of the elevators to the parking garage and someone or an animal had defecated in the elevator and as soon as I turned around the staff desk said yep we know we have somebody coming to clean it up so hotel service was very friendly and quick. And the staff hooked it up with a glass of milk when we had heartburn really bad :) !!!"

"I checked in and the jr suite I had reserved was dusty like literal dust upon everything.. it did take two rooms until we got to the third for a good one but this was after I got in touch with the manager (Amira) on duty she was very very helpful and it was definitely worth my stay I enjoyed myself"

"Check in was super easy and the front desk staff were very nice. The rooms were clean and it was super close to the concert venue we went to. Parking was a bit difficult to find with the construction. "

"Everyone was so helpful and kind at the hotel. Room was clean and housekeeping was very nice. Very Minnesota decorations in the rooms. Parking was tricky but I feel like it would be everywhere around there. Tons of places to eat in the area and 3 coffee shops right out the door. We had breakfast at the Beacon Public House in the hotel and it was delicious. Overall a great place to stay and right on campus which is great for parents visiting their kids! "
