"I stayed in the hotel for 4 nights on end Jan. The weather was warm at that week. I had opened windows during day and night time. The air conditioner was not working and hence I was sweating while I was sleeping. In addition, it was very noisy during the evening because the hotel is facing the main road for traffic. I am not able to sleep well in my whole trip"

"We definitely would recommend this place when staying in Budapest. We only stayed a night so we did not manage to use their facilities like the spa and restaurant which I think would be fab. We explored nearby shops and resaurants which is handy to their location. Hopefully to stay longer here next time😍"

"The road outside and some surrounding roads were being re-done so it was very sandy and dusty. Our taxi still managed to drop us right outside though. Great staff, delicious breakfast, fab rooms and good amenities. Nothing was too much trouble. The chocolate fountain at breakfast was definitely a hit! Would return to this hotel if we visit Budapest again! "

"Hotel was really nice. Staff really welcoming and polite, rooms cleaned really well every day. Hotel is also in a really central location and close to lively restaurants and bars. Hotel also has an app where you can stock the mini fridge, ask for any extra toiletries, or contact the reception on. Only slight downside as we had to wait until exactly 3pm to check in. "I spent a week in this hotel, and I must say this was one of the most relaxing hotel experiences I have been to. The hotel is less than 5 minutes away from both Metro Stations and Trams, it is located around one of the most active areas of Budapest, surrounded by many dining options & retail stores. it is an excellent access point to get to any attraction around the city. The room and hotel environment is pretty quiet, there is no disturbance, quite the safe location and very comfortable rooms. I was also able to do a late check-in, letting the hotel know beforehand. At the check-in counter was Kornel, a very nice guy who has in detail, explained the available facilities, how to get to them and to my room, and provided me with brochures of available tourist attractions and travel group agents you can join to make the best out of your stay. Thank you. Also shoutout to Elena, who was taking care of my room service throughout my stay!"
