"My stay was good - certain factors were design faults ie I couldn’t have a bath because there was nothing to hold on to to get out - no instructions how to use the coffee maker (if that’s what it was) however cleanliness was excellent and the staff in the restaurant helpful when asked"

"We had booked three rooms. Our room nothing worked. It was a very cold night and walking up the stairs to the room you could feel it blowing a gale. There was a radiator in the room that was luke warm with the valve fully opened. There were another three plug in heaters around the room, none of which worked and an electric towel rail which was switched on but no heat, the bathroom was freezing. I asked who I believe to be the manager if he could check the fuse and try and get heaters working....

"Accommodation itself was excellent. Very good condition and nice and clean. Location was great and all parts of Eton and Windsor were walkable. Communication was great from the property itself. NOT from Hotels.com who were hard to get through to and not very helpful. Night time noise wasn’t great being right on the road and near pub/restaurant. It was hot so windows had to stay open. "

"Beautiful hotel with amazing grounds, huge room and lots of luxurious touches. The beds were comfortable and the big round bath was something else. Food was excellent and the staff were friendly and professional. The only negatives were when the corporate side of things disturbed the other guests - the braying sales teams taking over the breakfast room with their luggage wasn't ideal, nor the loud wedding planning meeting while we were relaxing in the residents’ lounge. "I stayed here before Christmas to avoid falling asleep on the motorway driving north after an overnight flight to Heathrow and it was the perfect place to break the journey. The Bedford Arms is on the edge of the tiny village of Chenies and is a warm and charming small hotel with very comfortable rooms, a good restaurant and bar. "Really good hotel. Room was large and well maintained. Bed was large and very comfortable. Large tv and really great shower. Breakfast was exceptional. The only negative that i have is the evening meal which had limited options and was just average. The fish and chips came with two straight out of a box triagles of fish. "We always stay here when we visit The Harry Potter Studios. The staff are brilliant and friendly. The breakfast is superb in every way. The cleanliness is on point and the leisure activities (mainly the pool for my 6yr old) are a little tired looking (changing rooms); but overall are great. "
