"The room was comfortable. The microwave and regrigerator worked and the bathroom was fine too. Plenty of electrical outlets to charge phone and use my CPAP machine. Breakfast room was under construction, but the manager did make coffee so I could take some coffee for my road trip. There was no hair dryer, but called the front desk and they brought me one. They were very accomodating."

"My wife and i spent one night on our way back home from a trip in North Carolina. The minute you step into the lobby you realize how special of a hotel is in the heart of downtown Columbia. The staff went out of her way to get us in a room with a view. It was a Sunday night stay and not crowded so they moved us to Room 201. I highly recommend this room. "Staff was very courteous and friendly, room was clean, good breakfast options. The room was spacious, but seemed empty because of a lot of unused space. Would have liked to have seen a little bit bigger TV, but it was sufficient. I would say this may not be a good option if you are a light sleeper, as it is close to a busy road with traffic throughout the night. Not a 5 star hotel, but I would say it was worth the price."
