It felt very unsafe after seeing kids daily take a fall due to the wetness of the floor. Staff was very hospitable. The hotel is very well maintained. Food was also excellent. "The stay at Castaway Bay was a girls trip for myself, my daughter and her daughters. The property superseded our expectations. The water park was big enough to keep the girls 4, 6, and 8 entertained and small enough to keep them safely contained. The daily activities were fun and engaging for their age. The staff were all patient and kind to the child customers. The overall stay was excellent. I will definitely do it again"
