"Very impressed! Been there years before and it was a bit outdated! The renovations have really given this property a breath of fresh air! The parking lot could use some attention but I’m sure once the weather permits this issue will be addressed!!"

"Front Desk was amazing! Every hotel was booked with major events going on in Cleveland- I found a room at this hotel and I was impressed with the client service and friendly attitude from everyone. There was a female working the front desk when I arrived and she deserves 5 Stars and a raise 😊"
