Great Spa, Rooms a Little Overpriced
We stayed at the Unitral on the recommendation of a friend who's wedding we were attending as we knew nothing of Poland having never visited before. The hotel itself was split into two which I believed to be the old and the new buildings, we stayed in the new so can only comment on this. Room was spacious and clean with a lovely bathroom with large walk-in shower, We were surprised that they had supplied fold-up chairs, a wind break and an umbrella for you to take to the beach with you but when we got there we understood why as the wind was constant, the beach was only a 100 yards from the hotel and was of beautiful white sand and very busy as this is a major holiday resort for mostly Poles & Germans, we were the only English people we saw, the hotel has it's own beach area with sun loungers and wi-fi, very nice. Food at the hotel was very good but somewhat confusing for a British palate, breakfast was a large buffet with all manner of food most of which we would normally eat for lunch or dinner but hey 'when in Rome...' dig in! Spa was excellent and would be highly recommend with all treatments reasonably priced although the lack of English speakers (and my lack of Polish/German) made it sometimes quite difficult to decipher the meaning of things, especially as they offer some really unusual treatments, highly recommended though. Downside - Mielno is developing a reputation as the Ibiza of Poland and there's a loud disco just opposite although this didn't really bother us.

Super Hotel und für Familien mit Kindern geeignet
Es liegt sogar 500 m vom Strand im heute ist aber alles vorhanden was man braucht. Man muss wissen, dass das ein Kinderfreundliches Hotel ist. Es ist daher auch mit Kinderlärm zu rechnen.

Hotel ist ok!
Alles war sehr gut gewesen...... Aber....Das Zimmer in 4 sterne war kalt. Wir sind eingezogen und die Temperatur war 19 grad.Das Heizungsgerät war in der Nacht laut.Erst in 2 Tage später ist die Temperatur 23 grad erreicht worden.

Aus meiner Sicht im Sommer nicht empfehlenswert
Die Zimmer im alten Trakt entsprechen nach meinem Empfinden eher einer viel zu kleinen Abstellkammer und keineswegs dem Standard anderer 3-Sterne-Hotels, die ich in Polen besucht habe. Der ständige Lärm des angrenzenden Rummelplatzes & der betrunkenen Touristen war von 9 Uhr morgens bis teils 5 Uhr in der Nacht auch bei geschlossenem Fenster ständig zu hören. Eine ausreichende Verdunkelung des Raumes war nicht möglich, so dass es ab Sonnenaufgang auch schon wieder richtig hell im Zimmer war. Dass wir unter solchen Umständen kaum schlafen konnten, muss wohl nicht weiter erwähnt werden. Am Sonntag wurden zu allem Überfluss unsere Zimmer nicht saubergemacht, obwohl wir um die üblichen 9.30 Uhr beim Frühstück waren. Dass sich das alles auch noch als Wellness-Hotel deklariert, setzte nach meinem persönlichen Empfinden dem Zynismus die Krone auf. Ich werde hier ganz sicher nie wieder hinfahren.

Intet mindre end et fantastisk hotel. Uovertruffen wellnessafdeling, hvor der var alt hvad hjertet kan begærer inden for behandlinger. Personalet er søde, hjælpsomme og imødekommende. Området omkring hotellet er dog ikke noget særligt, men er på på jagt efter et skønt wellnesshotel, så må dette lige være sagen.

sehr gutes Hotel
Das Hotel liegt 5 Gehminuten vom Strand und 2 Gehminuten zur Einkaufs- und Restaurantstraße in Mielno entfernt. Wir hatten ein großes, sauberes Zimmer mit Balkon. Sofa, Doppelbett, WLAN, TV mit vielen deutschen und polnischen Kanälen, sauberes, weiche Bettwäsche, komfortable Betten. Das Bad war groß, hell und sauber mit Fenster und Duschkabine. Das Personal sprach auch deutsch und war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig mit vielen Sorten Wurst, Käse, Joghurt, Cerealien, Rührei, warmen Würstchen, Tomaten, Gurke, Oliven..... man kann nicht alles aufzählen. Der Speisesaal ist der Größe des Hotels angemessen, so dass immer genug Platz ist. Das Wellnessangebot ist umfangreich, wurde aber nicht von mir, sondern meiner Frau gebucht, so dass ich es nicht beurteilen kann. WLAN könnte verbessert werden (häufige Sekundenunterbrechungen des Zugangs)
