"The property is located in a nice locality that is the only highlight. Our bags arrived only after a follow up. The rooms are dated and we had to call the maintenance twice. The restaurants appeared to be staffed well, but lacked attention to the diners. Had to literally wave down for service. There was other issues related with inexperience or lack of attention at the front desk. "

"The check in staff at the counter Arunima was excellent, I had reached the hotel in morning at 8am. When requested early check in, she was kind enough to accept the same and gave me room in 30 mts. Really appreciate this from Arunima and also Priya the staff at the morning Breakfast was so good at her job, she also gave a farewell cake for me after my breakfast as I was checking out. Highly recommend this hotel"

"The hotel was very nice, however, it's directly opposite some kind of club, and music boomed out until about 2am on both nights of my stay. I mentioned this to staff when I checked out, and they said if I'd mentioned it, they could have moved me to a different room. However, I think the booming bass could be heard for miles around, and once you have settled in to a room, it's a real hassle to pack up and move. I wouldn't stay here again. "

"Coming from America, I wasn't accustomed to service with so much attention to detail. An attendant gave me a number in car anything came up, which it did, allowing me to instantly chat with the front desk when not at the hotel. Toiletries arranged each day. Dry cleaning and laundry was folded and put away when done. Every door held, bag carried, service more than just smiles. Rooms were eco friendly, bamboo toothbrush and combs. "Very good property, but the surrounding area outside the hotel is not kept well and it makes it look like a property in a bad locality. The restaurants are good, especially the morning buffet, but I would request the breakfast chef to shake up the breakfast menu a bit, considering it is a 5 star property. There is hardly any non veg, all three days I stayed there, they had chicken sausage and poached fish and nothing more that would fulfill a non vegetarian. Ofcourse there was eggs to order on...

Fine but needs bit improvement

"Friendly Staff and great food where we had dinner and breakfast. Air condition in the room is not impressive as we felt but sweaty even after lowering the temperature. Staff is trying hard to get rid of misquotes which is kind of working because of that you find the mosquito repellent smell everywhere which is bit uncomfortable. Over all it is ok to stay for a night and couple of days for food 😉"

"The stay was close to work. The Gym is not a gym. It is a couple of machines that do not work and some old free weights. Don't be fooled on that one. They still charge for internet so be aware of that. It is $2 US per day but do we really need to do that now? Staff is nice and the renovations keep the place looking nice. "
