"If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing hotel, this is NOT it. Music is playing from 10am until 11pm. Yes, it's South Beach, so it's a louder neighborhood to begin with, but it's impossible to find any location in this hotel to have a break from the noise. Otherwise, staff was great and hotel grounds are very nice."

"Great hotel, slightly annoying check-in (consistent with my many stays) not a great location as far as walking to restaurants and shops. Great amenities, beach staff is amazing! All the dining is fantastic. "

"Loved the pool, and roof too deck is awesome. When I arrived they told me my wine was in the room. Day four I gave up after asking a few times and them saying I’ll let you know. Cleaner was excellent but couldn’t communicate with us because of a language barrier. Don’t try to do early check in. Will not get it. "

"Great location "

"The property was lovely and takes up basically a whole city block. The finishes are fresh and modern. The common areas are really nice. It’s a little strange that the front door of the property doesn’t open automatically and there is a little bit of an issue in the pick up drop off area because drivers have to make a U-turn but it’s not clear to an Uber driver where to come. The family pool is packed and they don’t really monitor how people save their seats so starting as soon as the pool opens...

"We visited President hotel without knowing what to expect but let me tell you, location was great, super close to the beach and restaurants. The staff was super friendly and the front desk was super nice to us upgrading us to penthouse room for no extra cost. The only think they could improve is the elevator that was slow. Definely looking forward to come back again."

"The Penguin provided a wonderful environment for our visit. Staff was helpful, location is ideal, and a good price for the area. We loved the restaurant and pool access. The room was very small for 3 people, but the beds were comfortable. The AC was a bit loud. Other than that it was a perfect place! "
